Just Comfy Shelter provides a comprehensive range of residential improvement and maintenance services, including but not limited to Home Interior and Exterior enhancements, Home Decor, Bathroom and Kitchen Remodeling, Home Security systems, Fire Safety solutions, Roofing and Flooring, Solar Panel Installation, Gutter Installation, and Home Warranty support. All services are subject to availability, geographic limitations, and feasibility assessments conducted prior to project confirmation.

2. Bidding Array

All quotations and estimates provided by Just Comfy Shelter are based on preliminary evaluations and remain valid for a period of 30 days from issuance. Final pricing may be subject to change based on material selection, design modifications, structural conditions, or unforeseen site-specific requirements. Project initiation is contingent upon the execution of a formal agreement and the receipt of an agreed initial deposit.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding the property and requested services. Clients must ensure unobstructed access to the project site, secure any necessary permissions, approvals, or permits, and maintain a safe working environment for service professionals. Delays caused due to lack of access or incomplete documentation shall not be the responsibility of Just Comfy Shelter.
